Return & Refund Policy - The House of Latitude


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  1. In the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, and unused
  2. With all original tags and packaging intact
  3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, you can either:

  1. Go to your profile on our website, select “Return Request”, fill in the required details, and submit the request, or

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.


Exceptions

Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Stay tuned — we’re working on introducing an exchange option soon.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
